1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 head romaine lettuce, rinsed
1/4 teaspoon salt

Mash garlic into paste with salt. |

In a large bowl, combine

sauce, garlic paste, and 2

Drip dressing over romaine lettuce. |
