QUICK TIPS
For best results with semisolid food items (puddings, cottage cheese, batters, yogurts, etc.), slowly add one serving of the 100% ANY Whey Protein to the food item under gentle agitation with a spoon. When adding to heated items like soups, hot cereals, gravies, and sauces it is generally better to stir this product in at the end of the cooking cycle. Optimum Nutrition Any Whey High protein Recipe Chicken Enchiladas
INGREDIENTS
1 - 1 1/2 scoops 100% ANY WHEY Protein (mixed with cream cheese)
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
8 ounces low-fat cream cheese, cubed
1 cup salsa
6 (6-inch) flour tortillas
1 1/2 cups fat-free shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup fat-free milk
1 In mixing bowl, combine 100% ANY WHEY Protein with cream cheese.
2 Stir chicken, bell pepper, cream cheese and 1/2 cup salsa in saucepan on low heat until cream cheese is melted.
3 Spoon 1/3 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam side down, in lightly greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
4 Stir cheddar cheese and milk in saucepan on low heat until smooth. Pour sauce over tortillas; cover with foil.
5 Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Pour remaining salsa over tortillas.
