to be active every day can help them to strengthen their heart and
other muscles too. Also, exercise can help them to prevent or improve
several health common problems such as allergies, asthma, obesity,
autism, diabetes, among many others.
With exercise, your kids will develop a strong body and they will
have the opportunity to participate in competitions of the discipline
that they practice. Some beneficial aerobic exercises that they can do
are for example, basketball, swimming, roller or ice hockey, soccer
and cross country skiing, among others. The best thing is that in each
one of these activities they will enjoy much emotion and diversion. In
addition, they will gain flexibility and power in their muscles.
Moreover, if you encourage your kids to practice any sport,
eat a well balanced diet, and proper

see that they will be thankful with you for all their life.
Exercising not only will help them to live healthfully, but also happier.
