INGREDIENTS
3 scoops 100%
ANY WHEY Protein
2 pounds baking potatoes
1 cup skim milk
4-6 ounces fat free
shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper

Cut
potatoes into
cubes and boil
until tender. |

Mix
all of the
ingredients
together until
smooth. |

Pour
mixture into a
pan and sprinkle
another pinch of
shredded cheddar
cheese on top. |

Cook
at 350° for 10
minutes or until
the top of the
potatoes is
lightly browned. |

Add
salt and pepper
to taste. |
