Protein
1/4 cup PromiseĀ® spread
1/4 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups skim milk
1 6 oz. can tuna fish (in
water) drained

To make white sauce;
melt PromiseĀ®, blend in
flour, salt, and pepper.
Mix until smooth. |

with milk. |

Stir milk with flour
mixture and heat while
stirring constantly.
Heat until mixture boils
and thickens. |

Add drained tuna fish to
sauce. Stir until well
mixed and thoroughly
