Please let me know if there is a line you would like for us to look at as well ok as we have the New Products Page were I tested these at and they proved to me as a good line to add. I just don't throw up anything on Keysupplements just because it sell or is the in thing right now, I take pride in what we offer and plan on keeping the lines I do add for a long time. Heck it is allot of work adding a line to the site.

Well for the last several weeks I have been redoing the site again, to Validate the code on Keysupplements.com. Let me tell ya it has been one really tough job but the whole site is close to being done.

To valadate is were the code your page is written in has no errors such as unclosed tages, incorrect coded script, Alt tags on images, and a 1000 other thing placed correctly together to display the site correctly in your browser.

The lord showed me this was the way a site should be so I have spent the last 3 weeks getting it done and I am very pleased with the way Keysupplements Wholesale Supplements has taken shape. Gonna get some rest now for the week is at hand. God Bless the USA

By God's Grace Keysupplements.com Wholesale Supplements is now a site on a dedicated server. Glory be to God. If only Paul Harvey knew he would do "The rest of the Story"

Last Tuesday our server had to have a security patch installed on it well it caused it to go down for 4-5 hours that night. I have been pondering going to a dedicated server for some time now so I guess it was the lords way of letting me know it was time to move up. I have been in the process of getting it together with the Hosting Company I am working with, well Tuesday it crashed and burned so to speak. Thank God I have a good Hosting company they recognized it was bad called me up suggested we point the ip to an older version on another server and update it. So for the last several days I have been getting keysupplements.com back to were it was so we can move over to a dedicated server. I am a blessed man this was one of the worst things that can happen to a web site, but I survived and have really learned allot from this.
Now back to the Gym. God Bless All

The articles on how Vitamin D helped reduce the risk of certain cancers had me look into the cost of such a good supplement, well to my surprise at 5.00 a month it is well worth taking. Here is a link to one article I have do a search and read up on Vitamin D.Take care God Bless

Happy New year to everybody!!! I have just completed with adding our Beauty Products andwill be adding products most of this week but the hard part is done. Check it out ok.

As the new year is approaching I am wondering who would like to join me in a challenge to lose bodyfat weight. Tighten up drop some sizes or gain some muscle for the upcoming summer. I am inviting anyone interested to join in. I am willing to help all those that come in as well as being helped. I completed the Body for Life Challange in 2000 and lost 35lbs bodyfat. I have been doing the program ever since. I am really excited to get into another one and would like to help others that really need to find a lifestyle change. I only have one rule to join maybe 2 We have to post your before picture here. No names or places of residence. All you need to do is send me a before picture with some information, such as weight bodyfat percentage etc. I would like to have an updated picture every 4 weeks with stats ok. Tape measurement weight, bodyfat percentage. You will learn weight isn't the problem it's the fat we are after. If you don't know how to get your bodyfat I can help there as well. All are welcome.....

Just added Legal Gear to our line of Bodybuilding Supplements. I haven't tried them but from what I am hearing back from my buddies it is one good test booster. I myself am looking forward to using it after the first of the year, just tooo busy right now.. Hey everyone especially our brave men at war.

I have just added two new weight gain products
MuscleTech Mass Tech and Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex Gainer I have tried the ON Gainer myself and it is really good. Mixed really easy with a spoon in milk. I have to admit if I was after a weight gain supplement ON Gainer would be my choice. We have an entire page of weight gain products so let me know if you need help on anything ok.

Product Review: Optimum Nutrition 2 Pro Complex CARAMEL NUT

Not bad at all for those who like faux flavours. It's a little strong for my taste but it might be a good substitute for those looking to curb those sugar cravings. It did mix up very easily with a spoon so it's good for work. I probably would buy a pack every now and then but I'm not sure about a big bottle of it...

Snowy we have just added Pro Complex Caramel Nut. I tried it myself and thought is was very good. I really liked the different flavor myself.
