Ask a Question about a Supplement

Ask a Question about a Supplement. Rick sent me an email so I am gonna post his a the first question and I will provide a comment for him.
Hello,
I am shopping around for a new supplement to take, and was wondering if you could give me any suggestions as to what I should look into.

I am 18 years old, 6'1 and 180 pounds, I go to the gym about 5 days a week and have been going for about a year and a half. I have taken creatine, glutamine in the past andI recently took BSN's NO-Xplode and liked the results.

I am currently on Gaspari Nutrition Superpump 250 and am nearly out. I would like to look into a suppement that will give me noticeable differences and be rewarding and effective with no side effects or anything that could potentially cause harm to me. If you could give me any suggestions as to what you think are the best products and what they do, I would greatly appreciate it.
Please reply back as soon as possible.
Thanks,
Nick
