Here is another Good one,
There is a brand of flat bread Called Flat out Wraps only 8 net carbs 8 grams fiber 9 grams protein no trans fats high in omega 3 so this is a very good choice for just about anything.
Wrap eggs in for breakfast, wrap chicken for lunch or supper, add a hambuger and the fixes to it instead of a bun.
The fixes are endless quick and easy.
I use the for going to bed meal with natural peanut butter and honey with two scoops of my homemade protein in a 12oz glass of milk. makes for a good chioce with anything bread can be used with.

Good breakfast for weight gain and weight loss.
Oatmeal 2 servings cooked 2 minutes microwave.
Add rasins, nuts, big tablespoon peanut butter natural kind, honey, maybe some banana and 2 scoops protein.
1000 calories 60 grams protein full of good carbs and good fat to really get the day started off right.
Now that's what I call a breakfast made for muscle.
For weight loss
Just don't add the peanut butter maybe a little honey and rasins and 1 scoop protein
30 grams protein full of fiber and good energy to help keep you moving and a great way help feed your weight loss program.
