BSN No-Xplode Review Part 2
I did squats Friday and got one of my best lifts on my last set 305 2-3 reps, I also got one of my best on my last set 350 on deadlifts, I also did several set of 60lb lunges.
It was a good hard workout I really enjoyed it and you could stick a fork in me after that I was Done.
I was sore till Monday, course it didn't help when I washed the house picked my 6 foot bush hog on it's side to take the blades off for sharpen and a honey do list that just grew and grew Saturday.
See My baby girl and her hubby are coming down Thursday from Wisconsin and she is got her a little bambedo in her tummy, our fist Grandbaby. Needless to say Mommy is beside herself so now you know why I stayed outside all day Saturday working like a dog and singingf praises all day long.
Sunday I could hardly bend over to fix the back of the chairs my back was sore man it was hurting. I open our church 7:30 AM have been since the Lord saved me April 8, 2001. Doing work in our church is my way of staying focused of why I am really here God's work spreading the good news. I am not ashamed I was once a worthless person now all I can say is look what the Lord has done.
I love to lift as it keeps me strong not only in my body but my mind as well, Lifting is good God is good all the time.
I would say without doubt BSN No-Xplode works as I am really not doing anything different and have not lifted with the intensity or strength till I began taking the product couple weeks ago. One other thing I like about it I only take it on lift days so a jar will last almost 3 months.
I have looked and Gaspari Nutrition Super Pump 250 is pretty much the very same product so if this line is yours I can't see any reason why it is just a good as BSN No-Xplode.
Missed my workout this morning my wife's birthday and I was still sore so I chilled out, resting is a good thing so is being on the misses good side. Till next time.
