Been going to a Chiropractor for a Week Now
Been going to a Chiropractor for a week and can say I am doing better. Still hurting but getting better. Say what you want to about them this is the second time I have been to one.
Last time I had hurt my back was 8 years ago and was treated by a Chiropractor actually this same one, I thought he was a quack and really doubted he would help. I can say he did in a big way and that was 8 years ago. I haven't had a problem since till I had brain freeze and did what I did.
Not all injuries can be helped by a Chiropractor but it sure beats taking drugs and wishing it was better.
On another note finally got back in the gym today took it easy did some bench, pull-ups, pullovers, bis and tries. Had a good workout and felt really good to get back into the swing of things. Can already tell I'm going to be pretty sore tomorrow....Good feeling Latter

Update on my back is getting much better working out again and sleeping through the night. I have fixed my workstation so I stand all day as sitting is a problem but I am feeling much better because of Mark Hagebuch 903 792 3763 If you have a problem I recommend giving him call.

Why not save your neighbors some time and money and recommend your chiropractor to people who are looking for one.
