Worked out Wed legs and Back
Had a pretty good workout wednesday on legs and back, needless to say I didn't do squats or deadlifts but I still did a pretty good one. Did leg press, extensions, pullups, leg raises, and back extensions. Not a bad workout legs are really sore and I am pretty tired and will be cutting firewood this weekend so I think tomorrow I will take off and visit with my babes.
