Can you believe it another month is gone
Man time rocks on along September here already Fall is in the air. The temp finally broke here under 100 and man it sure has been nice.
Our first grandbaby is really close and mom is with our girl now doing what mom's do. I will wait a week after the baby is born to let all those hormones settle down.
Had to chill on the workouts for a month cuz I gota work both jobs and 4am to 9pm is enough. I am sure on the weekends with cutting firewwod, spliting, remodeling the bathroom, redoing the plumbing I will get my workouts. I know it isn't the same but the best I can do right now.
I have a farmer that works out pretty hard he sure is bragging on this product BSN Nitrix Advanced Vaso-Muscular I am gonna have to give it a go when I get back into the gym.
I like all the BSN Supplements line but I can tell you their new protein Syntha-6 Ultra-Premium Sustained Release Protein is some good stuff. I have tried the samples and man it is good.
