New workout program
I have started a new workout were I use my bodyweight for most of my upper body pullups, pushups, widegrip pullups, dips etc. I am still doing some free weights but want to see what will happen when I do more of these type movements. I have read were it will build some serious strength. As I get better at the pullups I will add weight. Intrested in seeing what happens and as it begins to cool down IO will throw in some cardio on the punching bag. Far as legs go I am going to be using the sled and light weights with high reps on the squats, say one plate 20 reps maybe adding a quarter 15 reps. Just have to see how the back feels. God Bles all, Joe
