Workout Legs and abs today

Went really well took it light and slow but all and all really good. You would be surprised the amount of back muscles you use when doing abs and it really was a good workout. No pain nothing after either so I am really happy.
Doc Mark said I needed to work on my back muscles more so I am getting into that and trying to limber up more stretching more and all that good old man stuff.

Anyway just wanted to drop a short note on that.
