Been so busy eating more and losing weight
Ran into a friend today in the local hardware store were it seems I have been living lately, Hey Tool man were are you, and he commented man you lost some weight.
I felt like that was happening as I have been just too busy lately. The problem is I am really eating more food then before trying to maintain my weight. Geeze hardgainners have a tough time.
I am finally through with our kitchen as I redid all the Kitchen Cabinets and Den so when I begin the hardwood floor installation I won't cause any damage to it.
I will get Jan to take some pictures of the kitchen as the cabinets really look good.
We truly were blessed with a one of a kind unique home as it was built in 1972 by a man that bought timber and saw milled it as well. He built a custom home with a different type wood in each room 1" tongue and grove boards. The kitchen is and old growth Black Walnut very beautiful, one room is cedar, one white oak, one red oak, one sassafras, one pecan, one red maple, one black cherry and some others I have forgot, Jan knows them all she is very proud of knowing all the wood names in her home.
I am sorry if the post have been infrequent but now that I have all the kitchen completed I will have time devote to the site. It was way more work than I thought it to be as I had to sand all the doors inside and out down to bare wood and add 3 to 4 coats of poly as 33 years of wear and tear had taken it's toll on the finish.
Not much done in the bathroom but added a larger window, added another breaker and ran the power line for the tub and new lights.
Tomorrow I will begin to get everything ready for adding the tub.
