Parents Help your Children Proper Nutrition

I said in my last post how can parents help their children Gain needed muscle mass to compete as well as lose excess bodyfat that holds them back and or causes them to be teased.

Two of the best ways is Proper Nutrition and Exercise.

In this post I will deal with one meal Breakfast and in my next post lunch and between meal snacks at school, and then finish up with supper and before bed meals.

Breakfast as you can see from the article it is so important to the development of all aspects of your children health and nutritional needs.

Breakfast Ideas.
My favorite: High Protein Oatmeal made in 4 minutes. Fact is I am eating it right now as I type this post.
Depending on your serving size just add milk or water to the bowl add oatmeal just enough to be covered by the liquid. This can be as well prepared from the stove top.
Add nuts, raisins, natural peanut butter and cook in microwave for 3 minutes. Add more liquid to cool it off and add a scoop or two of protein. You can as well add fruit such strawberries, blueberries, and or bananas. Here you have a high fiber rich in vitamins and high in protein. Fuel for the brain and muscles.
or
Pick a good cereal add scoop of protein some fruit and you have another great breakfast.
I will add more ideas or suggestions. Do you have a Post breakfast
receipt
please let us know.

If time has been the issue here are two meals that can be made in a matter of minutes that will
benefit you and your children their whole life.

I hear it all the time I get them their breakfast on the way to school as we "Don't have the Time" well please, I am sure you spend longer waiting in the drive thru than you would fixing the meal at home. The breakfast at home most likely cost the gas you spent waiting in the line at the fast food place you choose.

Parents it is time to begin training your children there is more to breakfast besides doughnuts and fast food wrappers.
