I am wondering who wants to join a Challange

As the new year is approaching I am wondering who would like to join me in a challenge to lose bodyfat weight. Tighten up drop some sizes or gain some muscle for the upcoming summer. I am inviting anyone interested to join in. I am willing to help all those that come in as well as being helped. I completed the Body for Life Challange in 2000 and lost 35lbs bodyfat. I have been doing the program ever since. I am really excited to get into another one and would like to help others that really need to find a lifestyle change. I only have one rule to join maybe 2 We have to post your before picture here. No names or places of residence. All you need to do is send me a before picture with some information, such as weight bodyfat percentage etc. I would like to have an updated picture every 4 weeks with stats ok. Tape measurement weight, bodyfat percentage. You will learn weight isn't the problem it's the fat we are after. If you don't know how to get your bodyfat I can help there as well. All are welcome.....

Legal Gear New Supplements Line Added

Just added Legal Gear to our line of Bodybuilding Supplements. I haven't tried them but from what I am hearing back from my buddies it is one good test booster. I myself am looking forward to using it after the first of the year, just tooo busy right now.. Hey everyone especially our brave men at war.

For all You Hardgainers out There

I have just added two new weight gain products
MuscleTech Mass Tech and Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex Gainer I have tried the ON Gainer myself and it is really good. Mixed really easy with a spoon in milk. I have to admit if I was after a weight gain supplement ON Gainer would be my choice. We have an entire page of weight gain products so let me know if you need help on anything ok.
