Arthritis in knee

I don't care what any study says I know what works for me as I had quit taking Optimum Nutrition Glucosamine Plus Chondroitin for about a month due to the remodeling and really haven't been in the gym and just really hadn't opened a bottle.

Last week while visiting our daughter celebrating our Lord's birth my knee began to hurt so bad I could hardly put any weight on it in the morning. I am serious it hurt so bad I had a hard time sleeping if I remained still very long.

I had to go to a store and buy me a bottle with Glucosamine with CSA. The one I purchased wasn't as strong as what we sell so I doubled the number to equal the serving size. Within a week I am able to say I am knee is almost 100%.

If you are suffering from joint pain I HIGHLY recommend taking the above product for a least a month as I had before this been taking it for several years.

I have never had joint pain like that before and don't want it again.

I take all my vitamins in the morning and before bed except the ones that might cause me to have trouble sleeping.

I will post what supplements I take and why tomorrow, I just wanted to make sure I got this one out as taking Optimum Nutrition Glucosamine Plus Chondroitin will help reduce the joint pain from Arthritis.

I know for a fact without a doubt I recommend it for anyone.

Few New Pictures,

This is me and mommy swimming in a pool, hey gotta start early for the 2020 Olympics

We Olympic hopefuls need our rest too, Ralphe my doggie likes to sleep too. Mommy thinks she is tired. Hmmmmm

After a hard day of swimming playing and all the stuff a baby does it is good to chill.

This is my daddy he thinks I look like him but I think I look like my grandpappy. Don't tell him you know how them Daddies are

We wish you a very Merry Christmas and remember Jesus is the reason.

Went from remodel to mechanic

Saturday while building the tub enclosure I had to take a trip to Lowes for some lumber, well the water pump decides it was time to leak.

You guessed it Sunday was pulling the pump and replacing it except I couldn't get the fan off so I had to take it to a friend who showed me a trick to get the thing off.

Jan helped me finish it up this evening in the pitch dark and let me just say working on a engine with a small light is like throwing a firecracker at a bus it dont do a thing, but of course it sure is better than no light.

I haven't had time to test it but I will on my way to work tomorrow. Not sure of the cost to replace the water pump but my guess was 3-4 hundred. I did it for 1.

Thanks be to God for knowledge at whatever you do he has given you the understanding to do all things.

Update on remodel

Well here are some completed floor pictures along with the shelves, added lights, and wiring that was done in the last couple weeks. I have learned a valuable lesson when cleaning up the grout that when reading doesn't tell you.

It is said to wipe the floors with a damp sponge to clean up the tiles, well someone that never has done tiling before tends to use to much thus the clean up is pretty tough.

Here is a really good tip to keep from wiping to much grout from the joints and cutting the work in half. The tip is below the 2nd picture

Use a sponge to wipe the floor the first time to level the tile joints and dampen the tile. Then get a couple large towels and rub wipe the tile with them. What I found this did was get the dampness out of the tile pull the grout off and make it sand like to be vacuumed up.

I learned the hard way after wiping the tile 4 to 5 times getting no were and kept pulling grout from the joints, so I sneaked a couple the huns towels and 30 minutes latter I was done. threw the towels in the wash and hadn't heard anything from her so I assume they weren't ruined.

This is a picture of were the new bath is going with added lights for fan exhaust and more lighting. I added a plug in the top for a TV to be added installed on another date.

The lower blue box in the plywood was a switch for the wire hanging down , this is the new light, just waiting to see were it will fit in when I add the wrap around shower, but my Bro, gotta love your Brother, mentioned it was in a wet area and he would move it.

Well you guessed it I moved it she thought it was hard to get to, so I rewired it to the entrance. Had to pull new wire through the wall for all the switches, enlarge the box for the added switch, add another power source, and so on. Anybody that has wired knows what I had to do, let mejust say it wasn't easy at all.

Just a picture of her new lights and cleaned counter top with her hardware to be added this weekend. I might add this counter top is 93 inches long or 8 feet. This will help give some idea to the size of the room.

About if for this post we have received the tub or swimming pool as it is a Texas size tub and the hardwood flooring. This weekend I hope to finish up the wiring in the den and install the plumbing fixtures, and build the tub enclosure so I can tile the rest of the bathroom.

I might add I have been doing other wiring in the den and will include all that in the next post.

Merry Christmas and God Bless all,
