As promised I am beginning to add Now Foods to the site. It will take some time to add what we want to carry so please check back I will be trying to add 3 to 4 products a day.

Sorry be so Quiet lately

I have been so busy haven't had time to do anything on the site as we are opening our first store front today.

The opening has been pretty hard to say the least moving 50 thousands dollars worth of supplements is no small task, painting, paper work and all that has been really really busy.

Top all that I put hardwood down in another room and will begin to putting shingles the roof this weekend.
