China and our responsibiliy

Looks like I am not gonna make the fight

My back just won't heal and I just can't train hard enough to really be a serious about any chance of hanging in there so I will see if I can get this back healed and see. My weight is dropping but I can't train the cardio so it's over for me right now.

On another note I am a member of several Christian mail groups that ban together and try to get some things changed if a company begins to remove the Cross. I have lately stopped acting of the emails I get until ALL of the groups ban together with one common goal.

Stop buying all this China garbage, now there is even more reason besides trying to poison our children, steal our trade secrets, not allow an athlete to bring a Bible in their country , and if they do will be expelled. If that isn't enough this takes the caper Slave labor making Crosses for US customers.

Me I am so sick of all the Chinese garbage I will look and look and look till I find something that isn't made there. If you go to Wal mart it is impossible the whole store is made in China. Stop buying the stuff is the only way to get them to stop importing the garbage.

Time to start boycotting China and quit worrying about Ford and it's support for some gay stuff, or Lowes for calling a Christmas tree a Holiday Tree and so on. This is really petty garbage the real war is being ignored.

I can say all our Vitamins and Supplements are USA and or Canada made.

Spend a couple extra bucks on the real thing USA made and leave the China poison on the shelf.

Where have I been?

Figured I needed to make a post as it has been over 2 months since my last one. What have I been doing? Good Question here is a a brief answer.

This is a not a detailed sample of the work I did but a brief description. We carry about 1500 products here on Keysupplements.com of that about 500 are different flavors; Chocolate, Vanilla and so on.
Trying to not duplicate the same pages over and over I basically did a complete site overhaul. I rebuilt all the products pages added buy buttons beside the different flavors as well as rebuilt every page on the site. Now there is one page with a product description and buy buttons for different flavors. I then had to update every page in the database. here is a sample of Cytosport Muscle Milk page.

This overhaul does several things. It allows me the ability to change prices, add products, flavors, and reduces the overall workload on me. It was a long time coming I just put it off due the huge amount of work involved.

The average day for me during this rebuild has been.

Get up at 4AM work on the site till 7AM go into work at Vertical Alliance Group from 8AM till 5PM, if I didn't close at Joe Smoothie then I would come home and work on the site till 9PM. Weekends were do what I needed to do on the yard etc then get on the computer and work all day till 9PM on the site. Sunday was after Church work till 9PM and repeat the above for the next week. It took the two months to complete the site rebuild but it is done, and I will begin my daily postings as best I can.

During this time I was running in the morning and working out with weights in the evening but I think the stress of all the work worn me down and I got sick so for the last 3 weeks I haven't done aything but try to finish the site.

It is done and now back to training for the fight. My back is still outta wack and hurting but that is something I will have to deal with.
