Home Challenge put on hold

I was going get most of my home based gym gathered up over the long weekend , but my better half had a better idea for my time.

When we opened our store front Joe Smoothie it had carpet in it so we left the carpet in the store thinking it was a good idea. This was not the case so I tore up the carpet and figured using epoxy paint would hold up, well wrong again looked really bad after a year, so.........

So this weekend I installed vinyl tile in the store about 900 sq feet. It looks so much better but it took 3 days with Monday putting the store back together as everything had to be moved several times. In the process I somehow injured my hand and it has been swollen now for 4 days. I can't bend my wrist from the swelling so I have a doctor's appointment today to see if I may have broken a bone in the hand. How I don't know but there is a very tinder spot on the top so we will see.

Problem is I really can't use it to do much so my challenge is on hold for the moment and will post the results of the exam tomorrow.

The store looks great and Jan had Chase and Matt painting yesterday to match the new tile. You know women gotta match jeeze...(:>)

Getting Ready for the home Challange

I was going to use the upcoming long weekend to get the rest of my home gym put together but Jan has other plans. She wants me to put a floor in the store so I hope to be done with it by Sunday and have Monday to get everything finished.

Been thinking on what I need to do or build but then I want the exercises I do to be were anybody can duplicate the same thing I am doing.

Most think since I can't afford or there isn't a gym in my small town they do nothing well hopeful soon I will have some pictures of my set up, and that anybody can set up something at home to get a good workout.

I have not worked out in about 7 months so I have lost a good bit of muscle and gained a gut. This will be a good experiment on losing the bodyfat just from what I can do from home without spending a ton of money on a home gym set. I will post pictures of all my activities that can be replicated by anyone.

This isn't a bulking type program although I suspect I will add some much needed muscle, but were anybody can set up something to help turn the staggering tide on obesity.

I will as well post my daily food intake and supplements I chose to use in the hope this will motivate others to get off the couch and move.
