This year the 2009 NPC Nationals are hosted at the Westin Diplomat Resort in Ft. Lauderdale, Flordia. This is the last chance of the year for the contestants to earn a pro card. All eyes will be on
BSN's young gun Trey Brewer. Every since Trey sign with BSN, the bar has been set at Olympia potential. Trey placed 4th in the Super Heavyweight class last year.
To many this was seen as a complete flop but in actuality for any other NPC contestant it would be a great success for their first National show. Light Heavyweight Branden Ray is another contestant who has been long due for a pro card. If Branden comes in dryer and with better paint job he will earn what he desrved last year.
Bantamweight
Rino Martin, our very own here at KeySupplements.com recently suffered a shoulder injury that opted him out of the contest this year. Rino and I have been training latley, and he is already weighing the heaviest he has ever weighed. If Rino keeps up the pace he is on, I do not see a reason why he would not be the 2010 Bantam winner.
