Keep "the pump" 24/7 with Gaspari Nutrition's Plasma Jet

Up until the arrival of Rich Gaspari's Plasma Jet, we had to settle with mediocre nitric oxide products that had to be taken everyday to attain a pump that would barley last a couple of hours. Unlike other nitric oxide products, Plasma Jet is taken 3x-4x a week, and will keep your muscles pumped throughout the entire week. Gaspari discovered that intaking arginine everyday is a waste. Now, the question you will probally ask: Can I take Plasma Jet with Super Pump 250? The answer is yes, Super Pump 250 contains little arginine and when stacked with Plasma Jet prepare yourself for road-map vascularity and blood gorging pumps! I was very pleased with Super Pump 250 but I thought that Plasma Jet was too good to be true; that is until three weeks ago when I decided to give it a try. Plasma Jet makes my veins want to pop out of my skin and slap somebody! If you're looking for a nitric oxide product that pumps you 24/7, turn to Gaspari Nutrition's Plasma Jet.

Added Two New Product Lines to Keysupplements.com

After looking over MetRx I decided this company needed to be added to the site. I reviewed the products offered and the prices we could sell them for and felt this was a great add to the site.

Check out MetRx 100% Ultramyosyn Whey Protein a great protein and a great price.

Our police force here in Texarkana Texas Arkansas asked me to add USPLabs as they say it is a good supplement line, and from our store sales it must be. The favorite so far is USPLabs Jacked3d Per Workout Drink Mix. From their reviews of this product it sure must be a good one to add to your training program.

Thanks again for visiting our store and please if you have request for somthing I don't have on the site let me know.

Sincerely,
Joseph Mullinax

PS Happy Easter to all.

If You're Not Training Legs, You Ain't Doing Squat!

Everyone wants to have a nice set of wheels, whether it's a car or legs. Many gym goers tend to ignore leg training. This just BLOWS my mind! The way I see it, is that the legs make up 50% of the body. Why anyone would want only 50% of their body to look good is beyond me! Sure leg training is grueling but the benefits you reap are rewarding. The best exercise for the legs is the squats hands down. Squats will pack on slabs of muscles. When doing squats you gotta "get low", booty to heels. If a bad back is your excuse for not working out legs, find another one because you can still train legs adequately by doing leg press for your mass building lift. The hamstrings are even neglected by people who train legs, maybe it's towards the end of the workout when your most exhausted or it's just not that exciting. What I've started doing is training my quads and hams on separate days allowing enough time for recovery. I have found I get better response dividing the quads and hams on separate days. REMEMBER if your not training legs, you don't care about 50% of your body!

Well we got Started on the Roof project

Matt and I got started on putting on a new roof on our home last Tuesday or 8/28/08 we worked through Labor Day and completed about 2/3's of the home. We worked from that Tuesday through Sunday getting this done. I took Labor Day Monday and prepared for the hurricane Gustav that came this way after making landfall in LA.

Tearing off the 2 layers old shingles on this side was a nightmare to say the least. It was a tough job and I have all the respect in the world for men that can do this work on a day in day out basis it is tough on the back.

I can safely say without a doubt Matt will not be working as a roofer will ya Matt.
Lord willing this is my last time as well.

Man the Lord blessed us with a neighbor lending his tractor with a front end loader on it so we used it to get the shingles up on the roof for this back side.

The tractor broke something with the shift pin and I still have the front to do with about 23 squares to get up on the roof so I have been doing 3 squares a day to keep from having to do to many at one time.

For those that don't know a square is 3 bundles of shingles with each bundle weighing 100 pounds. Hauling up a ladder with 100 pounds on your shoulder is hard and dangerous so I am trying to do 3 a day to keep from getting to tired and making a mistake.

Plan is today Friday Sept 6th to begin after I get off work to start tearing off the left front section and shingling it tomorrow. The front is in 3 sections so each can be worked so this really makes it so I can work these by myself.

Matt did a great job it was tough work and the temperature was hot 95-96 just sucked the life outta ya.

Litttle Update on the Home Challange

On or about August 1st our air conditioner blew up and it was 105 here in Texas. We had a big window unit in the game room (were I have set up do my workouts) and thanks be to God it worked. Last time I checked it didn't work about a year ago. Anyway Jan and I have been in the game room now for 3 weeks sleeping on a couch but hey at least we were cool so I am not complaining.

I bought a 5 ton to replace the old one and a 2 ton to go in the game room as the house was just to big for 5 ton unit. For the last 3 weeks been trying to find someone to put the units in but since I bought the units online and they can't make the bucks off the sale I haven't been able to find an air man to take the job.

Ok I began the process of installing them myself tore out the old 5 ton unit out of the closet it was in. Lets just say that was a tough job and leave it at that. Tore out all the old copper as well. Not sure if you have priced copper lately but air conditioner copper is running close to $10.00 a foot. Our old unit was at the end of the house and would need at least 50 ft of copper to replace so I moved the units to the back patio and cut the distance to 25ft of copper. I then needed to move the 220 to the new location install a breaker box. That done I moved to the new install 2 ton unit.

I needed 2 220 power sources as this is a heat pump as well so I redid all the breakers in my panel as it was full to make room for the 2 220 power I needed to add. Then I ran one 220 to the new location for the outside unit and one 220 to the space in the attic the new unit was going be placed as well as installed breaker boxes at both locations. I as well ran new lights in the attic to see by as trying to work with a flashlight in your mouth isn't fun. That done I installed the platform the new unit was going sit on as well as the drain pan for the new unit and ran a 1/2 inch ppc pipe to the new install for the drain line on the air conditioner.

That done I got Matt to help me install the new 5 ton in the closet. Let me just say this it was not fun trying to get that in this small space. Finally had to take the complete door frame down to get it in. We got it in.

I called the man I bought the house from 20 years ago and asked him if he knew someone I could call as Don knows everybody. He gave me Roy Mattsey name and I called him he said he would finish the install.

Today we completed the install on both units and it feels good.

So the above tells ya why I haven't started my home challenge and will be at least a month off as most likely next week I will be taking off to reroof the house and that my folks is a workout in itself. I just put on a new roof in May but we had a huge hail storm and insurance totaled it so here we go again.

I will after this is completed get the home challenge going but as you can see I'm not sitting around doing nothing.
