Working out and finding time

For the last several months I have been rebuilding keysupplements.com to help make the site easier to navigate, added dropdowns for the different flavors, getting the highest secure certificate available, and revamping the header and link placements. I need to work on key supplements and our other sites in the early morning hours and evening hours as I have a full time job as well. This really leaves me with such a narrow time to go to the gym I have decided to quit going and do all my workouts from the home.

My plan on doing all my workouts from home is I won't lose a couple hours from driving to the gym working out then driving back. I can either workout in the morning and or evening without being stressed out as to time.

My plan is setting up a pull-up bar, dip bar, running, using milk jugs, and just improvise to achieve the needed resistance to build muscle tissue and take off some of the belly fat I have stored up from the last couple of months.

I wrote an article working out without weights so I guess it is time to use it. Anyway that's my plan.

Protein Essential to Your Life

Protein is an essential necessitate every cell in the body. Your hair, nails, and muscles are mostly made of different proteins. Our body uses protein to build and repair all parts of our bodies on a daily basis, and is the building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and red blood cells in our bodies.

Protein is considered a macronutrient. The definition of a macronutrient is Nutrients that the body uses in relatively large amounts - proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. This is as opposed to micronutrients, which the body requires in smaller amounts, such as vitamins and minerals.

Fat and carbohydrates are stored in the body cells for latter use, the body does not store protein, and uses your muscle tissue as a reservoir when inadequate protein is available in your blood to supply the necessary body functions. Your body uses protein to make hemoglobin ( hee-muh-glow-bin), the part of red blood cells that carries oxygen to every part of your body including your heart.

An important fact protein is doing important work like moving your legs, moving your lungs, and running your immune system to help protect the body from diseases.

The body breaks protein down intoAmino Acids When you eat foods that contain protein, the digestive juices in your stomach and intestine go to work. They break down the protein in food into basic units, called amino acids that are used to make the proteins your body needs to maintain muscles, bones, blood, and body organs.

There are 22 different Amino Acids important to human health 13 are considered nonessential due to the body produces them naturally, but 9 that are considered essential amino acids because these have to come from food or protein supplements as the body does not produce these amino acids and are required for our bodies functions. There are many ways to get protein but only a few to get a complete amino profile. Animal sources, such as meat and milk, is called complete, because it contains all nine of the essential amino acids as vegetable protein is considered incomplete because it lacks one or more of the essential amino acids. Protein Supplements such as Whey, Egg, or Casein contain a complete profile of amino acids and is an easy and convent way to add extra protein to your diet.

Vegetarians and people that have had a Gastric Bypass need to be especially careful and learn what combinations of foods contain a complete profile to get all their essential amino acids.
Today getting enough protein is much easier with the use of powdered protein supplements or liquid amino acids available on the market today.

Adequate protein intake in Children are especially important to help their bodies develop and grow. A good average for a Childs protein intake on a daily basis is about 0.5 grams of protein for every pound they weigh. With the growing trend of fast foods and over consumption of junk foods most children do not come close to this. This leads to immune problems (sickly children) low body weight and growth. Some really good high protein recipes can be found here.

Beta-Alanine Review

Information about swimmer Mandi Grandjean:

Junior at Hoover High School North Canton, Ohio.
Early January Mandi had pneumonia and was unable to swim for 10 days.
Upon hearing she was sick I put her on Glutamine and Beta-Alanine. (swimmers have huge lactic acid problems)
The results were truly amazing. As the year progressed she simply got better and better. She qualified to the state meet in three different events. Feb 22 she broke the Stark County 100 meter butterfly record and earned All Ohio status finishing 8th place. She was the only swimmer in Stark County to gain All-Ohio honors. Mandi is only 5 ' 3" tall so she has to rely on excellent technique and superior strength to beat taller swimmers. You can Google her name if you want more information
Swimming is big in Stark County with the State Championships being held yearly at Brannin Natatorium in Canton, Ohio which is located next to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

BSN Enodorush Review

Endurance* Energy* Performance* Mental Focus* are the results from BSN's Endorush. Endorush comes in 16 oz./4 serving bottle. Consumers should always read the entire label before usage of this product. A person should consume 1/4 of the bottle per time, unless they've built up a tolerance that can stand more. Matter of fact I am drinking it this very minute it is making me type real real real real real real real real fast like a crazy cheetah! What is so convenient about Endorush is that people who are always on the go and need a little pick me up...well it can't be a little dealing with this core energizing product...a major...this will give you the edge whether your are the trenches in the gym or at your desk at work! No Nitric Oxide products are even in the same league when comparing energy. This product is by far and I mean by far the best energy supplement that is out there even better than the Super Pump 250 which I think is still one of the best supplements there is. If you notice yourself dragging at the gym and work...drink an Endorush and it will slap you in the face with crazy insane energy that will get you going through the day and the night and who knows maybe the day after that!

Sending Healthy Snacks to School

One big area we as parents miss on our children's nutrition is at school were they spend the majority of the day. Many schools fund programs within the school selling junk food.

Little history here; I had the pleasure of teaching my wife's classes for 3 months after she broke her ankle and had to have surgery. 1st through 6th grades. I had cafeteria duty in the morning for breakfast so I saw this every day for 3 months. Little children would come in eat and then get the chance to buy junk food usually very high sugar stuff. The schools are hooked on this easy money and push the junk on our children at such a young age they are easy prey for this unhealthy behavior and this leads to unhealthy choices throughout their lives.

Are your children doing this as well? If you can't answer this question most likely they are either during a break or at lunch so it is really important you ask them and then lets plan a day at school for them.

Start out with a good breakfast then as kids are they get hungry so give them something to put in their pocket or purse that will add fuel to the body. I recommend Clif Bars or if your a bigger guy Chief's Jays Protein Bars are a good choice.

Point is send something that gives your child a healthy choice. This is ahuge selection now available for this Healthy Snacks.

School nutrition is very important don't depend on the school to teach your children, as they make money off your children by pushing the junk food. Proper nutrition is a responsibility of the parent please that the time after reading this to begin helping them today.

Parents Help your Children Proper Nutrition

I said in my last post how can parents help their children Gain needed muscle mass to compete as well as lose excess bodyfat that holds them back and or causes them to be teased.

Two of the best ways is Proper Nutrition and Exercise.

In this post I will deal with one meal Breakfast and in my next post lunch and between meal snacks at school, and then finish up with supper and before bed meals.

Breakfast as you can see from the article it is so important to the development of all aspects of your children health and nutritional needs.

Breakfast Ideas.
My favorite: High Protein Oatmeal made in 4 minutes. Fact is I am eating it right now as I type this post.
Depending on your serving size just add milk or water to the bowl add oatmeal just enough to be covered by the liquid. This can be as well prepared from the stove top.
Add nuts, raisins, natural peanut butter and cook in microwave for 3 minutes. Add more liquid to cool it off and add a scoop or two of protein. You can as well add fruit such strawberries, blueberries, and or bananas. Here you have a high fiber rich in vitamins and high in protein. Fuel for the brain and muscles.
or
Pick a good cereal add scoop of protein some fruit and you have another great breakfast.
I will add more ideas or suggestions. Do you have a Post breakfast
receipt
please let us know.

If time has been the issue here are two meals that can be made in a matter of minutes that will
benefit you and your children their whole life.

I hear it all the time I get them their breakfast on the way to school as we "Don't have the Time" well please, I am sure you spend longer waiting in the drive thru than you would fixing the meal at home. The breakfast at home most likely cost the gas you spent waiting in the line at the fast food place you choose.

Parents it is time to begin training your children there is more to breakfast besides doughnuts and fast food wrappers.

You have to add fuel to the fire to make coals

I had a friend come over to our house Saturday with his 12 year old baseball playing youngster in tow with him. They were needed some help or advice in trying to add some weight to his frail frame. Actually they came over to see what he could take to help him put on some weight.

He was 12 and like a stick so naturally my first querstion was "son what do you eat during the day" dad proudly exclaimed "he eats all the time" and of course the son "yep I eat all the time".

Cool I said well then tell me what you had yesterday for breakfast "Honey buns" he said ok what next well he said the school food is not so good so I had "Chips and a coke" Wonderful I said, next he said well we had pratice and when I got home I really ate then mom's dinner. Wow you finally had a meal 24 hours latter.

Believe it or not this is the typical diet of YOUR children and this is horrible. First they can't understand why they remain so weak and frail so our children turn to drugs "steriods" as they believe "I can take something to fix this". Isn't this human nature take something to do it faster and easier.

Here we have a child that doesn't have a clue and parents just as blind to teaching the child proper nourshment to fuel the body produces coals so he remains weak and behind. Gain muscle

What can I do as a parent to help my child? I will post tomorrow.
