Okay, here I am in all my glory. Body fat went from 24%
down to 19% Weight from 175lbs to 149lbs Waist from 32"
to 26" Hips from 42" to 36.5" Thighs from 25" to 22"
Happiness from 25% to 100%
I did it by staying focused. I stayed focused by keeping
encouraging, positive information going through my mind
every day, that included reading my goals every day. I
also pasted my face onto a lean woman's body I found in
a magazine so I had a visual to look at as a goal and I
carried it with me every where I went. I had it on the
cross trainer with me when I did my cardio, too. All
that kept a burning desire going strong in me. I also
planned every meal. {that phrase Bill says in his book
"If you don't plan, you plan to fail" hit me hard!} I
took food with me so I never got too hungry. The weight
came off very very slow at first, then it all seemed to
just happen at once. It was strange how that happend.
Even my husband thought I was wasting my time after
about six weeks with not many noticable changes. When
the changes did start happening, we were both shocked at
how lean I got. I felt like I was living a dream and
would wake up any time. I'm sooo glad it's not a dream.
I'm living it, and I have such a sense of belonging now
that I never knew I had been missing before. I have so
much now that I never knew I had been missing before.
I've gained the courage to make career changes and those
are in the works now. My marriage has never been better.
Life is good.
Thanks for giving me the opportunity to post my pictures
on your websight. It's okay if you choose not to post
them as well,... I've got my prize. LIFE
