Quercetin, Bromelain, Vitamin C Complex. QBC Plex is a natural cold and
allergy treatment with 3 synergistic ingredients that work together to

Quercetin belongs to a class of water-soluble plant pigments called
flavonoids. Quercetin acts as an antihistamine and has anti-inflammatory
activity. Since flavonoids help protect and potentiate vitamin C,
quercetin is often taken with vitamin C.
The anti-inflammatory effect of bromelain is the reason this enzyme is
effective for people suffering from sinusitis. In addition, bromelain
reduces the thickness of mucus, which may benefit patients with asthma
or chronic bronchitis.
