Reductions in glutamine concentration in the blood following over-training in a variety of sports may explain the immune deficiency reported in these over trained conditions. Super Gainers Fuel contains added creatine monohydrate for maximum recovery. Creatine plays an important role in the transfer of energy. It is converted to phosphocreatine, which is important for short energy bursts such as sprinting and weightlifting. Depletion of phosphocreatine pool can result in muscular fatigue and fading muscle power. Super Gainers Fuel contains 600 mcg of chromium per serving from patented Chromic Fuel Chromium Picolinate. Super Gainers Fuel contains high potencies of vitamins and minerals including 2000 mg of potassium per serving. Super Gainers Fuel contains medium chain triglycerides (MCT's). MCT's are lipids composed of medium-chain fatty acids. These unique lipids provide more than twice the energy power of carbohydrates and protein, and are less likely to turn into body fat than are long chain fatty acids. Super Gainers Fuel also contains L-carnitine. L-carnitine plays a role transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria, the cellular powerhouses, where fats are utilized as fuel sources. The L-Tryptophan in the product is naturally present in the protein. It is not added or manufactured.
