Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablets, twice daily. Workout Days: Take 2 tablets with 8 oz of water 60-90 minutes prior to training. Take another 2 tablets with 8 oz of water immediately following your workout. Non Workout Days: take 2 tablets with 8 oz of water with breakfast or lunch. Wait 4-6 hours and take another serving (with a meal). Due to the efficient delivery of this product and high bioavailability of Esterified Creatine, loading is not necessary. Store at controlled room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F to maintain freshness. Do not refrigerate. Note: Athletes who engage in intense, regular exercise should consume at least 60 oz of water per day. Drink an additional 16 oz of water for each pound lost during exercise.
