Directions
Suggested use: Take one (1) x-pax 15-30 minutes before going to sleep. Pour one (1) x-pax into one half cup of boiling water, stir until completely dissolved. Fill glass with cold water and sip like a hot tea, or fill cup with ice and drink. Store at controlled room temperature between 59 degrees F and 86 degrees F to maintain freshness. Do not refrigerate.
