Directions
Take 2 to 3 capsules before breakfast or morning exercise session, and 2 to 3 capsules at mid-afternoon. For a significant energy boost take 2 to 3 capsules anytime as needed. Do not take within 5 hours of sleep. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day. Note: Contains greater than 360 mg of Methylxanthines (including caffeine and theobrmine) per serving. For individuals sensitive to the effects of methylxanthines (i.e. caffeine and caffeine-like stimulants) start by taking only 1 capsule as directed above, twice per day for the first week. Combine REV XP with a low-fat, calorie-reduced diet and exercise program.
