Directions: As an adult dietary supplement, mix one scoop (30 grams) with 8 to 10 ounces of water or your favorite beverage 30 to 60 minutes prior to exercise/athletic event. For advanced athletes, a second serving may be taken immediately following the event. On non-workout days, take one scoop immediately upon waking. Kreation does contain stimulants and should not be taken at least six hours prior to bed.
Warnings: Not intended for sale to persons under the age of 18. Diabetics or anyone with insulin sensitivity should only take under a physicians supervision. Do not take if pregnant or lactating. The recommended dose of this product contains as much caffeine as 1 1/2 cups of coffee. Limit the use of caffeine containing medications, food, or beverages while taking this product.
