Directions
As a Dietary supplement, take one soft gel twice daily with meals. Do not exceed 6 soft gels daily. Take for a maximum of eight weeks, and then stop for at least 4 weeks. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture, sunlight and excess heat. Always keep tightly sealed.
