Directions
Recommended Use on Training Days: As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop with 5 to 16 oz cold water and consume 30 - 40 minutes prior to training. to assess your tolerance, begin by using one half of one scoop the first time you use it. Do not exceed one scoop per day. FusionForce is a high-nutrient formulation and some people may want to consume a small meal approximately 30 minutes prior to using for easier assimilation. Recommended Use on Non-Training Days: As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop with 5 to 16 oz of cold water and consume in the morning. Maintain an adequate level of hydration before, during, and after use. This product contains bet alanine which may cause a temporary mild feeling of heat and skin flushing. This flush is harmless and can be minimized by taking after consuming a small meal. This product contains about as much caffeine as 2 cups of coffee and should not be used by individuals sensitive to stimulants. Do not consume within 5 hours of bedtime. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
