Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule twice daily with meals containing at least 10 - 15 grams of fat. For every 50 lbs above 150 lbs, add one more capsule daily. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day or 12 weeks of continuous use. Do not take past 8 pm.
