HEAVY TRAINING
(4+ workouts per week): As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop of CarnoCre with 8 oz. of cold water in the morning, and 1 scoop of CarnoCre with 8 oz. of cold water in the afternoon everyday.
ENDURANCE TRAINING
(1-3 workouts per week): As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop of CarnoCre with 8 oz. of cold water in the morning everyday. CarnoCre should be taken for at least 30 days. For best results take Carno Cre on an empty stomach. To be used as part of a healthy lifestyle consisting of regular physical activity and a proper diet.
