Product & Usage Information:
Daily Use: Mix 1 scoop (approx. 10.2 grams) with water or milk until powder is fully dispersed and drink once per day. For best results drink at least 30 minutes before eating in the morning.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, clean environment at temperatures below 25?C (77?F) and at relative humidity below 65%. Keep away from strong odors and other contaminants.
