Shipping Policy

  • All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
  • After your order is placed and your payment sucessfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a UPS tracking number.
  • As part of your shipment confirmation email there will also be a link to log into your Key Supplements account and view your order status.
  • Unless a product has been shipped to you in error, all shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Unless a product has been shipped to you in error, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping products back to us for any applicable refund.
  • All shipping charges/rates are clearly displayed in our shopping cart and on our checkout page.
  • if certain conditions set forth on our website have been met and order may qualify for free shipping.


If you require more information, you can vist our "Help" tab at the bottom of our website and click on the "Orders and Returns" link.  On that page you will be prompted to enter your Order ID#, Last Name and Email in order to view your up to date order status.
